At Major Fitness, we are committed to your training success; if you are not completely satisfied with your equipment, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
